Judy E. (Han) Yeager

Judy E. Yeager, peacefully passed away on March 8, 2024, in Overland Park, Kansas. She was born Judith E. Han on July 16, 1943, in Wichita, Kansas. Judy was 80 years old at the time of her passing.

Judy dedicated her life to serving others through her work as a Teacher and Bookkeeper. Her passion for education and meticulous attention to detail left a lasting impact on those she encountered. Outside of work, Judy found joy in various hobbies, including supporting the Boy Scouts, crafting beautiful creations, and nurturing her love for planting flowers.

A faithful member of Merriam Christian Church, Judy found solace and community in her spiritual life. She cherished the fellowship and support she received from her church family.

Judy is preceded in death by her father, Ernest Han, her mother, Mildred Han, her sister, Kay Reno, and her brother, David Han. She is survived by her loving husband, Larry Yeager, her sons, Michael Yeager (Julie) and Scott Yeager, her brother Dennis Han, sister-in-law Janice Han, brother-in-law Carl Yeager and sister-in-law Peggy Lash and many nieces and nephews.

Services to honor and celebrate Judy’s life will be held on March 16, 2024, at Merriam Christian Church. Visitation will begin at 10:00 am, followed by a service at 11:00 am. A graveside service will take place at 4:00 pm in Monmouth, Kansas.

Judy will be remembered for her kindness, dedication, and unwavering love for her family and friends. May she rest in peace, knowing she touched the lives of many with her gentle spirit and caring heart.
