Ruan Kay Hartis

Ruan Hartis, 70, of Eudora, Kansas passed away October 27th, 2021 after a three and a half year battle with cancer.
A visitation will be held from 10 to 11 am Thursday, November 4th, 2021 at the Amos Family Funeral Home, followed by a Celebration of Life at 11 am.

Ruan was born October 22, 1951 in Marceline, Missouri to Clifford and Willa Jo Murrell.
She married her husband Rick February 13th, 1971 and to that union they had two children Kristin and Kurt.
She dedicated her life to her children and grandchildren.

Ruan loved the water, boating, sailing and visiting the beach, as well as enjoyed crafts, baking, and was an avid reader.

Ruan was preceded in death by her parents.
She is survived by her husband Rick; daughter Kristin (Kerry) Graybar; son Kurt Hartis; sister Lydia (Jerry) Nichols; brother Donald (Cathy) Murrell; grandsons Ethan and Tyler Graybar.
