Andrew Michael Glunt

Andrew Michael Glunt, 21, of Shawnee, KS, died February 6, 2023, due to a drowning accident.  He was born January 12, 2002, in Overland Park, KS, the son of Kevin and Angela Glunt. He graduated from Mill Valley High School in 2020.

Andrew gave his life to Christ on September 8, 2013, and was baptized on June 26, 2016, at Lenexa Baptist Church of Lenexa, KS.  Andrew was a passionate, intelligent, and out-going young man. He loved life. He had a zest for Bible study and sharing his faith with friends. He enjoyed his Xbox games, and a recently acquired puppy named Nova.

Andrew is survived by his parents and his twin brother Joshua.  He also leaves his paternal grandmother, Phyllis Glunt, of Liberal, KS, aunts and uncles, Layne and Joan Glunt of Ottawa, IL, Gary and Evie Woodrum and Joyce Meredith all of Neosho, MO, as well as numerous cousins.

Funeral arrangements are being handled by the Amos Family Funeral Home of Shawnee, KS.  Visitation will be held from 4:00 to 5:45 p.m. with a memorial service to follow at 6:00 p.m., Monday, February 13 at the Lenexa Baptist Church at 15320 W 87th Street Pkwy, Lenexa, KS 66219.
