Anthony Paul Lichtenauer, 86, of Shawnee, Kansas passed away on December 5, 2016. Anthony was born May 29, 1930 in Kansas City, Kansas to Alois and Johanna Lichtenauer. Anthony is survived by his wife, Ruby, children; Kathleen Lichtenauer, Phillip (Jill) Lichtenauer, Cheryl (Ken) Ford, Marcia Brown, Diane (Curt) Northup, Step children; Sandra (Jim) Vandenboom, Ronald (Vicki) Gibson, Donald Danner, Karen Worley, twelve grandchildren, six great-grandchildren, sister, Theresa Cottita. Anthony was preceded in death by his parents, sisters; Sr. Mary Felicitas, Sr. Mary Paul, Helen Dooley, Anne Bidnick, brothers, Louis and George Lichtenauer.

Services

A Visitation is set for 6:00 ~ 8:00 PM, Friday, December 9, 2016 at The Amos Family Funeral Home 10901 Johnson Drive Shawnee, Kansas 66203. A Mass of Christian Burial is set for 10:00 AM, Saturday, December 10, 2016 at St. Joseph Catholic Church 11311 Johnson Drive Shawnee, Kansas 66203. Burial will take place at Resurrection Catholic Cemetery in Lenexa, Kansas.
