Atsede Bedada

Atsede Bedada, 82, of Shawnee, Kansas, died September 2, 2011, at her home. She was born December 10, 1928, in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia.

Surviving are daughters Aster Tezera of Shawnee, Kansas, Genet Tezera, Asegedech W. Amanuel, Melete Ghile of Olathe, Kansas, Yewubnesh Tezera, and Desta Tezera; and sons, Sissay Tezera, Amare Tezera, Tilahun Tezera.

Visitation and Funeral Service

Funeral service will be 11 a.m., Sunday, September 4, 2011, at the Ethiopian Christian Fellowship Church with burial in Pleasant View Cemetery, Shawnee, Kansas. Visitation will be 4 - 6 p.m., Saturday, September 3, 2011, at the Amos Family Chapel of Shawnee.
