Bessie I. Miller

Bessie I. Miller, 91, Mission, Kansas, passed away Thursday, November 21, 2013, in the San Francisco Bay Area.

Bessie was born January 19, 1923, in St. Joseph, Missouri. She lived a great life, married to Warren Miller and had three children. Only her daughter survived and also lived in the Kansas City Area.

Bessie and her husband were foster parents for many kids in Mission, Kansas. She and her family loved going to the lake, traveling the country and socializing with her family and close friends. She was very active with the senior center in Roeland Park until the past few years when she relocated to California. There she enjoyed the warm sunshine and activities until very recently. She will be missed by many. Godspeed to her and we all know that she is in a better place now.
