Brandon Thomas Lawson, 19, of Roeland Park, passed away Sunday, August 26, 2012, at Overland Park Regional Medical Center. Brandon was born June 24, 1993, in Independence, Missouri.
Brandon is preceded in death by his mother Mary Lawson in August of 2005.
He is survived by his father, Daniel Lawson; step-father John Steinhilber; grandmother, B. Kay Burright; great grandmother Joan Whalen; three sisters, Christine Deboe, Amanda Steinhilber and fiancé Joe Ryan and Samantha Lopez-Valles and husband Jesus; a niece, Lilyana Deboe; and many beloved extended family and friends.
Visitation will be 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday, August 29, 2012, at the Amos Family Funeral Home and Crematory. A graveside service will be 12 p.m., Thursday, August 30, 2012, at Resurrection Cemetery, 83rd Street & Quivira Road , Lenexa.
The family suggests memorial contributions be made to the American Diabetes Association, 10580 Barkley, Suite 400, Overland Park, Kansas 66212.
