Carol R. Kutz

Carol R. Kutz, 70, of Olathe, Kansas, passed away February 3, 2009.

Carol was born December 23, 1938 in Ravena, Ohio, to Daniel and Beryl (Crooks) Younkman. She grew up in Ravenna and attended Ohio Wesleyan University and graduated from Kent State. She moved to the Kansas City area in 1968 where she worked for the Overland Park State Bank (UMB).

Carol was preceded in death by her parents. She is survived by her son Paul Kutz and his wife Heather of Overland Park, by her daughter Kristen Etzelmiller of Lincoln, Nebraska. She is also survived by her grandchildren: Erika & Evan Etzelmiller and Caleb & Adam Kutz. Carol is also survived by her brother David Younkman and his wife Jane of West Liberty, Ohio, and by her sister Anita Ryan and her husband Bill of Canonsburg, Pennsylvania.

Carol, a loving mother, grandmother and sister will be deeply missed by her family and many friends.

Visitation and Funeral Service

Services will be held Friday, February 6th at the Emmanuel Baptist Church 10100 Metcalf Avenue, Overland Park, with a visitation from 1:00 to 2:00 PM followed by the service at 2:00 and burial in Johnson County Memorial Gardens.
