Carol Wyrick

Carol Wyrick, 66, Shawnee, Kansas, passed away Saturday, June 26, 2010, at Shawnee Mission Medical Center.

She was a wonderful friend, sister, aunt and role model, as well as a mama to her dogs Bandit and Jessie. She took all those roles seriously and everyone that met her loved and respected her. We all remember her bright smile, her infectious laugh and her great spirit. She had a very strong faith and has now been delivered to the hands of the Savior, the Lord Jesus Christ as well as being reunited with her family that preceded her in death, her Father Arthur Lee Wyrick and Mother Ora Marie Wyrick, both of Kansas City Kansas, by her Brother Kenneth Alvin Wyrick of Branson West, Missouri and by her beloved Dog Bandit.

Carol is survived by her sister-in-law, Beverly Jeanne Wyrick of Branson West; her nephews Keith of Springfield, Missouri, Kevin and Kelly of Houston, Texas, and numerous friends and loved ones that will miss her dearly.

Memorial contributions may be made to either the American Diabetes Association or American Cancer Society.

Visitation and Funeral Service

Friends may call from 6-8 pm, Wednesday, June 30, 2010, at the Amos Family Chapel of Shawnee. Funeral service will be 10:00 am, Thursday, July 1, 2010, at the chapel; burial in the Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens.
