Caroline M. Costantini

February 29, 1964 — March 30, 2019

Carrie Costantini, 55, of Lenexa, KS passed away on March 30th, 2019 after a brief illness. Carrie was born in Abilene, TX on February 29th, 1964. She was an Air Force brat and grew up in Newfoundland, Spain, Germany, Turkey, Alabama, West Virginia and Maryland. She married a Marine and continued her travels to Virginia, North Carolina, California, and Egypt. After her husband's retirement they first moved to Florida before settling in Lenexa. She was a devoted wife and loving mother. She enjoyed cooking, history, and British TV. Carrie was well known for her support and advocacy for servicemen, veterans, and especially their families. She served as a volunteer and board member on several military and veteran related charities. She lived the words "No better friend, no worse enemy."

She leaves behind her husband Will, son Zack, daughter Katie (husband Adam), daughter Gennie (husband Mike), parents Reg and Carol Morrison, and sister Judy, as well as legions of friends, fans, and admirers.

A visitation will take place from 3:00 to 4:00 PM on Saturday, April 6th at Amos Family Funeral Home, 10901 Johnson Drive, Shawnee, KS 66203.  A memorial service will follow at 4:00 PM.  Following the service, there will be a reception beginning at 5 pm at Johnny's, 13131 Shawnee Mission Parkway, please join the family to continue to celebrate the life of Carrie.

Memorial donations may be made to Hero Labradors or Semper Fi Fund.
