Cheryl "Cheri" L. Sparks, 66, passed away April 28, 2015 at her residence in Roeland Park. Cheryl was born April 2, 1949 in Kansas City, Kansas to Vincent and Rosemary Smiley. Cheryl is survived by her children; Ryan (Elizabeth) and Adam V. Sparks, Karie Keeney, sisters; Tish Smiley, Peggy Reilly, Mary Everson, brothers; Tom and Rick Smiley, four grandchildren; Collin and Grace Keeney, Avery and Nathan Sparks; friend of a lifetime, Susan Hunt. Cheryl was preceded in death by her parents.

A Visitation is set for 6:00 - 8:00 PM, Friday, May 1, 2015 at Amos Family Funeral Home 10901 Johnson Drive Shawnee, Kansas 66203 with a Rosary starting at 7:30 PM. A Mass of Christian Burial is set for 10:00 AM, Saturday, May 2, 2015 at Queen of The Holy Rosary 7023 W. 71st Street Overland Park, Kansas 66204 Burial will take place at Calvary Cemetery in Kansas City, Missouri.
