Christopher Michael Muse, 26, Kansas City, KS passed away Tuesday, July 22, 2014 at Centerpoint Medical Center, Independence, MO.

Chris was born Nov. 6, 1987 in Kansas City, MO to Michael and Deborah Muse. He was a 2006 graduate of Shawnee Mission North High School and attended Pittsburg State University. He enjoyed working on anything that wouldn't start and run. He was a very caring person and would help a stranger as much as a longtime friend. He is loved by many.

Chris was preceded in death by his aunt Linda Wetherell, and grandfathers, Wayne Walsh and Howard Muse. He is survived by his parents, Michael and Deborah Muse, Henderson, NV; sister, Brittnee Muse, Carthage, MO; pat. grandparents, Rosemary and Norman Blackburn, Kansas City, KS; mat. grandmother, Kay Ash, Carthage, MO; uncle, Wayne Walsh, Galena, KS; aunt, Teresa Jensen, Shawnee, KS; cousins, Heather Murphy, Kansas City, MO, Nicole Byard, Kansas City, KS and Deserai Jensen, Shawnee, KS.

Funeral services will be 10:00 a.m. Saturday, July 26 at the Amos Family Funeral Home; burial in the Johnson County Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be 6-8 pm Friday at the funeral home.
