Christopher C. Stringfield

Christopher C. Stringfield, 85, Mission, Kansas, passed away Thursday, October 7, 2010, at the Shawnee Mission Medical Center, Merriam, Kansas.

Chris was born January 8, 1925, in Garden City, Kansas, to Christopher C. and Sidnea E. (Ryan) Stringfield. He was a veteran of the US Navy during WWII and the Korean Conflict. Chris attended the University of Kansas. He was a railroad clerk for the Santa Fe Railroad.

Memorial contributions may be made to either the church or Salvation Army.

Visitation and Funeral Service

Friends may call from 6-8 p.m., Monday, October 11, 2010, at the Nall Avenue Church of the Nazarene. Funeral services will be at 10:00 a.m., Tuesday, October 12, 2010, at the church; burial in the Johnson County Memorial Gardens.
