Constance D. Gunter

Constance Gunter, 80, of Olathe, Kansas, passed away, Monday, May 30, 2011, at the Kansas City Hospice House.

Connie was born May 18, 1931, in La Junta, Colorado. She married Floyd C. Gunter on April 20, 1958, in Swink, Colorado. She worked as an accountant in the family business K-MO Limo. She was a member of Grace United Methodist Church.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Floyd. Survivors include a daughter, Karen Wiegman, of Olathe, Kansas; a son, Bruce Gunter, of Spring Hill, Kansas, and four grandchildren; Timothy Wiegman, Jr., Kenneth Wiegman, Barton Gunter, and Shelby Gunter.

In lieu of flowers, the family suggests contributions to the Kansas City Hospice House.

Visitation and Funeral Service

Funeral services will be 12:30 p.m., Thursday, June 2, 2011, at Grace United Methodist Church, Olathe, Kansas, with burial in Leavenworth National Cemetery. Visitation will preceed the service at 11:30 a.m.
