Curtis M. Beyer

Curtis M. Beyer passed away on November 12, 2022. He was born in Emporia, Kansas and was 82 years old.

He is preceded in death by his parents Amos Beyer and Charlotte White Beyer.

He is survived by his wife Mary, daughter Shannon (Jeremy) and two granddaughters Kate and Lexi who he absolutely adored! Also his sister Annette (Dwayne) Lagerstrom,

brother Alan (Susie) Beyer and many more  loving family members.

He graduated from Gridley Rural High School. Curt received his Electrical Engineering degree from Kansas State University and later his MBA from Pepperdine University.

He spent 34 years as an Aerospace Engineer at Hughes Aircraft Company, a job that enabled him to see the world. After retiring from Hughes, Curt joined Primerica Financial Services working as a financial advisor and becoming a Regional Vice President.

He loved to travel at home and abroad. He enjoyed the challenge of games and puzzles, was a avid reader, a woodworker and gardener.  He enjoyed many activities with family. A man well loved and respected.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend a Memorial Service on December 17, 2022 at Monticello United Methodist Church, 23860 W 75th St. Shawnee, KS. 66227.
