Curtis M. Hale

Curtis M. Hale, 42, Shawnee, Kansas, passed away Wednesday, March 7, 2012, at the University of Kansas Hospital.

Curtis was born October 21, 1969, at the University of Kansas Hospital, Kansas City, Kansas, to Lester and Jean Hale. He graduated in 1988 from Shawnee Mission Northwest High School and continued his education at University of Kansas. He loved music, friends, family and good times.

Curtis was preceded in death by his father, Lester L. Hale. Survivors include his mother Jean Hale, Shawnee, Kansas; brother, Tim Hale, Concrete, Washington; four sisters, Sue Horton, Kansas City, Missouri, Connie Byard, Overland Park, Kansas, Barb Austin, St. Charles, Illinois and Leslie Smith, Louisburg, Kansas; many nieces and nephews, and many friends especially, Jeff Lambert.

Memorial visitation will be 3-5:00 p.m., Sunday, March 11, 2012, at the Amos Family Funeral Home and Crematory.
