Dale McAllister, 70, of Mission, Kansas passed away August 29, 2021, peacefully in his sleep.
Dale was born May 14, 1951 in Kansas City, Missouri to Harry and Marjorie McAllister.
Dale joined the military in 1969 and served in Germany and was honorably discharged in October of 1972. Dale earned an Associates in Arts (Business) on March 11, 1977, from Wentworth Military Academy. Dale also attended William Jewell College. Dale’s biggest accomplishments was being a father and new grandpa. His Daughter Tammy called her dad “The best dad in the whole wide world”, and even as an adult she sees him that way. He was always there for her through the ups and downs and taught her compassion for others, love for music, nature, KC Chiefs football and to enjoy every moment life has to offer. Most recently as he watched her become a mom, he called her wonder woman.
Dale is survived by his brothers Bruce and Mark Mcallister, Daughter Tammy Barnes and son-in-law Daniel Barnes, his grand kids, Hudson Barnes, Grayson and Paisley Barnes, Julieanna, Michael and Brianna Brennan. His nieces Kendra Foster and Krysta McAllister and his loving girlfriend Terry Jo Lile.
