Deloris Mae Parsons

August 24, 1932 — August 24, 2011

Deloris Mae Parsons passed away August 24, 2011, on her seventy-ninth birthday.

She was born Deloris Mae Robison on August 24. 1932, and adopted by Pete and Mable Naugle, at about age 8. She grew up on a farm in Illinois and attended some nurses training, but gave that up to marry Claude Warmouth and lived the life of a sailor's wife. She raised 3 boys, Ronnie, David, and Gary. She married David Parsons in 1970. She worked in a few factories, worked in a school when her boys were in school to be home with them, and eventually settled for working in several banks to stay closer to home.

Deloris Mae Robison Naugle Warmouth Parsons lived up to each and every one of her names as the nicest person anyone could ever know. She may have had a hard life but she never complained and was loved by everyone who came in contact with her. She will be sorely missed and, even though she says she will be waiting for David on the other side, I hope she's waiting for the rest of us too…

She was preceded in death by her son Gary Allan Warmouth early this spring. She is survived by her husband David C Parsons, of Merriam Kansas; two adult children David Warmouth and Rhonda (Ronnie) Warmouth both of Alabama; 3 grandchildren, Ashley Boyce of California, Amber Warmouth of Kansas City, Missouri and Damien Warmouth of Alabama; 5 great-grandchildren, Alexander, Matthew, Natilee, Kevin and Madison; 3 brothers, William (Bill) Robison of Illinois, Lloyd Warner of Kentucky, Wayne (Bud) Naugle of North Carolina. She also leaves her extended family, stepsisters, Irene Pendleton and Brenda Peterson; stepbrother, Kenneth Provence and all their children and grandchildren. She also leaves James & Sharon Robison, a half-brother and a half-sister, of Detroit Michigan whom she, unfortunately, never got the chance to meet.
