Dennis Knoblock, born to Eugene and Mildred (nee Hall) Knoblock of LeRoy, KS on June 12, 1950, passed away September 27, 2016. Dennis is Survived by his wife Linda, sons Christopher and Michael, daughter in law Anna and grandchildren Cooper and Cole, sister Sherry and mother Mildred.

Dennis grew up in Marion, KS where he excelled as an athlete in football, basketball and track. He would pursue football in college first at Hutchinson Community College and then Emporia State University where he graduated in 1972. An avid sportsmen Dennis was happiest in the field hunting with his friends, family and his prized Labrador retrievers.

Dennis is preceded in death by his father Eugene, granddaughter Morgan and his favorite Labs Forrest, Jenny, Izzy and Jack.

Services

Visitation will be held at Amos Family Funeral Home at 10:00 AM and service will be held at 11:00 AM on Saturday October 1, 2016. The family would also like to invite you to a celebration in honor of Dennis at Uncle Buck's located inside Bass Pro 12051 Bass Pro Dr, Olathe, KS 66061.
