Diane Carol Mcdonald

Diane Carol McDonald, 46, passed away on January 9, 2009 at the University of Kansas Hospital.

Diane was born October 7, 1962 to G. Patrick and Nancy A. McDonald. She graduated from St. Joseph Grade School, Olathe High School, and Hayes Beauty School. Diane was an avid horse lover all her life.

Diane was preceded in death by her grandparents, John and Mildred Nelson, and George and Dee McDonald.

She is survived by her daughter, Aislinn Ann Bird; her parents, G. Patrick and Nancy Ann McDonald; Her best friends, Candy Mooney and her beloved fat cat, Gracie.

Visitation

A visitation will be held for family and friends at the Amos Family Chapel of Shawnee from 1 pm to 2:30 pm Sunday January 11, 2009. With no public ceremony, the family will honor Diane's wishes with a private scattering of the ashes over a horse farm at a later date.
