Dolores Jean St. Clair Ramsey

Dolores Jean St. Clair Ramsey, 61, of Overland Park, Kansas, passed away March 7, 2012, at her home after a 4 year battle with cancer. She was known by all who loved her as "DoDo".

Dolores was born January 29, 1951, to Myrtle Welch St. Clair in Cox's Creek, Kentucky. She was preceded in death by her mother, brothers, David and Mack, sister Verna Faye, and by a grandson Scott Englebrick.

She is survived by her daughter Tina Ramsey and her children, Jeannie Kay, Caitlynn, Kyndal, Mason, Matthew, and Marcus; her son Gary Ramsey and his son Isaac; sister Beverly St. Clair Beard; nieces and nephews; her step-father Bill Barnes; in-laws Jack and Betty Ramsey; and many many friends.

A special thanks to Julie Baldwin and Lisa with Hospice for the special care and friendship they gave to DoDo.

A visitation will be held from 6:00-7:00 p.m., Monday, March 12, 2012, at the Amos Family Funeral Home and Crematory. A memorial service will follow at 7:00 p.m. A family burial service will take place 11:00 a.m., Tuesday at in Pleasant View Cemetery, Shawnee, Kansas.

A special celebration will be held at 12:00 noon, Friday, March 16, 2012, at the Best Western Plus Hotel, 211 S. Lakeview Drive, Shepherdsville, Kentucky 40165.
