Donna Lee Weinberg-Detore

Donna Lee Weinberg-Detore, 67, of Lenexa, Kansas, died April 2, 2009.

Donna was born on June 4, 1941 in Grandview, MOissourito Francis and Pauline Jenkins. She was a resident of Johnson County, Kansas for over 64 years. Donna was a vibrant person who loved animals and people. She spread sunshine and joy into everyone's lives through her constant smile and had a way of making others feel important.

She was the beloved wife of Tom Detore of the home, and mother of Suzzette Fasching of Portland, Oregon. She will be greatly missed by her family and her very many friends.

In lieu of flowers the family suggests contributions to Best Friends Animal Society, 5001 Angel Canyon Rd., Kanab, Utah 84741-5000.

Memorial Service

A memorial service will be held at 2:00 pm, Saturday, April 4, 2009 at the Amos Family Chapel of Shawnee.
