Doralee Osborn

Doralee Osborn, 77, of La Feria, Texas; formerly of Roeland Park, passed away Tuesday, October 5, 2010 at Valley Medical Baptist Hospital in Harlingen, Texas.

Doralee was born November 1, 1932, to Mr. and Mrs. John Schears in Olathe, Kansas. She was preceded in death by her father, mother, Grace Ruff, step-father L.S. Ruff, husband, D.C. Jones and son Ronald Jones.

She is survived by her loving husband William Osborn, La Feria, Texas; two sons John Jones, Gardner, Kansas; Dean Jones, Roeland Park, Kansas; two grandsons, Dylan and Jesse Jones, Colorado; and granddaughter, Christie Jones, Colorado; two brothers, David Ruff, Missouri; Loy Junior Ruff, Kansas; a sister Carol Ann Parks, Missouri; four nieces, Donna Henman, Ginger Honderick, Sherry Sharp, Sarah Pogrant; a nephew, John Ruff; four great nieces, Kaci Ruff, Mackenzie Henman, Ashley Honderick, Gracie Sharp, three great nephews, Damon Ruff, Jacob Henman, and Justin Honderick.

Visitation and Services

Visitation will be 6 to 8 p.m. Sunday, October 10, 2010, at the Amos Family Chapel of Shawnee. Funeral Services will be 10:30 a.m. Monday, October 22, 2010, at the Chapel. Burial will follow at Leavenworth National Cemetery.
