Doris Louise Allen

Doris Allen, 87, of Kansas City, KS passed away Saturday, June 13, 2020 at St. Luke's Hospital on the Plaza.

Doris was born July 29, 1932 in Kansas City, MO to Willard and Lena (Andre) Hodkins. She worked for Carl I. Brown Mortgage Company and later worked for Velvet Cr&egraveme Popcorn where she was still employed. She was a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church.

Her husband, James E. Allen, passed away on April 13, 2002. She was also preceded in death by a brother, Richard Hodkins.

She is survived by her children, Judi (the late Kit) Branson, Sandy (Tom) Perrin and Ken (Linda) Allen; 10 grandchildren, 17 great grandchildren and two great great grandchildren.

Visitation will be 10 am Friday, June 26th followed by a memorial service at 11 am at the Amos Family Funeral Home. Burial will follow at Maple Hill Cemetery.
