Doris E. Daniels

Doris E. Daniels, 82, of Mission, Kansas, passed away October 26, 2012.

Doris was a loving mother, grandmother and dear friend to many. She enjoyed her backyard view of wildlife and visits with her grand-dogs. Mom was the heart and soul of our family. She will be dearly missed, but never forgotten.

Doris is preceded in death by her husband Walt, son Randy, brother Glenn, and sisters Lorena and Luva.

Doris is survived by two daughters, Sherry and Phil Dettle of Dallas,Texas and Melissa and Jon Dirks of Hudson, Wisconsin; grandchildren Amanda Daniels, Cody, Tucker, Kelsey and Ashlyn Dirks; great-granddaughter Samantha Glover; sister Mary Wombolt; and dearest friend Clark Thornbrugh.

A visitation will be 10-12 p.m., Tuesday, October 30, 2012, at the Amos Family Funeral Home and Crematory. A Celebration of Life ceremony will begin at 12:00 p.m. Burial will follow at Johnson County Memorial Gardens Cemetery.
