Dorothy V. Geary

Dorothy V. Geary, 84, of Shawnee, Kansas, passed away in her home August 20, 2018 surrounded by her family. Dorothy was born July 2, 1934 in Lamine, Missouri to Albert and Eva Jobe. She was proceeded in death by her parents, her sister Katherine Jobe, three brothers Herman, Dean, and Robert Jobe. Dorothy is survived by her husband Arthur Geary, her daughter Cynthia Ann Gander, son Samuel Richard Price III and his wife Carmen. Three grandchildren Shana Anthony, Katie Miller, Boyd Price, as well as four great grandchildren, and two great great grandchildren.

Visitation for Dorothy will be held at 2 p.m. Thursday, August 23, 2018 at the Amos Family Funeral Home, 10901 Johnson Drive, Shawnee, Kansas.

Immediately followed by a funeral service at 3 p.m. Burial will be Friday, August 24, 2018 at Peninsula Cemetery in Blackwater Missouri.
