Dorothy M. Kosko, 91, of Shawnee, Kansas passed away peacefully at her home in Shawnee, Kansas on March 15, 2018, surrounded by her family.

Dorothy was born January 13, 1927 in Chicago, Ill, to Ruth and Robert Fry. She graduated from Lakeview High in 1945. She met Frank Kosko at the Aragon Ballroom and married on November 20, 1949. He passed away October 23, 2002 after 53 years of marriage.

Dorothy worked for Illinois Bell, GECredit, and also helped her husband in his company Zip Bowling. She liked to bowl, write, and garden.

She is survived by son Jeff Kosko, daughter Joy (Mark) Evans and three grandchildren, Frank Evans, Joseph Kosko, and Kaitlyn Kosko.

Services:

A Memorial Mass will be held at 9:00 am, Saturday, March 24, 2018 at Good Shepard Catholic Church,  12800 W. 75th Street Shawnee, Kansas 66216 followed by burial at Resurrection Catholic Cemetery, 8321 Quivira Rd, Lenexa, Kansas.
