Edna L. Haustetter of Overland Park, Kansas, passed away Monday, October 21, 2013, at the remarkable age of 100.

Edna was born in Norwood, Ohio, to George and Minnie Mueller on May 3, 1913. She spent most of her long life in Ohio but moved to Kansas City with her husband to be near her beloved daughter Paula Krekovich. Her life was highlighted by her love of her husband Alfred, who passed in 1987, and her daughter Paula, who passed in 2007.

Her church, St. Peter's United Church of Christ, has been her life-long beacon and she spent many years as an active member of the choir and congregation. In her final years, she was very appreciative of the kindness of caregivers and loving friends.

A graveside service will be 11:00 a.m., Wednesday, October 30, 2013, at Mount Moriah Cemetery.
