Edna Marie Taylor and her twin brother Edward were born on September 7, 1932 at 1829 Mercier (home), in Kansas City, Missouri. She married Jim L. Taylor the love of her life whom on the last day of 2nd grade, she told she would marry when they grew up. They were married April 22, 1955 and stayed best friends and husband and wife for 65 beautiful years. She had 3 kids a daughter, Mary and two sons Jack and Daniel. She has 9 grandkids, and two great grandkids. She also has 3 older sisters that had gone on before her and several cousins. She was a wonderful woman, her and her husband rode their tandem bike 66,610 miles from 1994-2017. In 2019 they bought a tandem recliner trike which they rode about 300 miles, so many people on Indian Creek Trail knew and loved her. She loved watching the Overland Park Orchestra rehearse and perform (in which her husband was a part). She also loved to fly their plane with her husband. She was an extraordinary woman who was very forgiving, never remembering offenses and always kind and understanding. She will be loved and early missed!
