Edward D. Blanton, Jr.

Ed Blanton, 74, of Shawnee, KS died Aug. 13, 2020.  Ed was born June 26, 1946 in Kansas City, Kansas to Edward D. Blanton, Sr. and Alice Lucile Melon Blanton. He served in the US Air Force during the Viet Nam era. He worked as a machine operator for the city of Overland Park. He is survived by a nephew, Thomas Maxwell and a niece Alice Edington.

Visitation will be held from 6 - 8 pm, Thursday, Aug. 20 at the Amos Family Funeral Home.
