Elizabeth D. "Lisa" Fettes, 63, of Overland Park, KS passed away Thursday, April 17, 2014 at the Kansas City Hospice House with her loving husband Bill by her side.

Lisa was born May 20, 1950 to the late Frederick C. and Regina K. Duffy in Pittsburgh, PA. After graduating high school, Elizabeth earned an Associates degree from Marymount Junior College in Arlington, VA. Lisa married the love of her life, Bill Fettes, on February 28, 1976 in Fox Chapel, PA. She was an avid golfer and a member of the Leawood South Country Club.

Lisa is survived by her loving husband of 37 years, William C. Fettes; a son, Edward M. "Ned" Fettes; two sisters, Mary Anne D. Hanna and husband Howard W.; Barbara Duffy Stewart and husband William H. and a brother, Frederick C. "Rick" Duffy, Jr.

Visitation and Mass

Visitation will be 6 to 8 pm Friday, April 25 at the Amos Family Funeral Home, 10901 Johnson Dr., Shawnee, KS 66203. Mass of Christian Burial will be 9 am Saturday, April 26 at Holy Spirit Catholic Church, 11300 W. 103rd St., Overland Park, KS 66214.
