Eloise Spaith

Eloise Spaith, 92, Lenexa, Kansas, passed away peacefully at Delmar Gardens of Lenexa, on Sunday, January 6, 2013.

Eloise was born on January 5, 1921, in Kansas City, Kansas, to J.F. and Emily Moffitt Bodenheimer. She was preceded in death by her husband of 46 years, Rex D. Spaith, one brother, and two sisters.

She is survived by her son, James Spaith and his wife, Nancey, of Lenexa, Kansas; her daughter, Joan Smith and her husband, Mark, of Springfield, Virginia; and brother, James M. Bodenheimer, of Gulf Breeze, Florida. She has three grandchildren, Ryan Smith, Brent Smith, and Erin Large; and four great grandchildren, Garrett, Logan, Connor, and Avery. She also has seven nieces and nephews and thirteen great nieces and nephews.

Memorial service will be held 7:00 p.m., Wednesday, January 9, 2013, at the Amos Family Funeral Home, Shawnee, Kansas.
