Ernest “Junior” Vaughan

Ernest "Junior" Vaughan passed away February 23, 2012, at his home in Merriam, Kansas.

Ernest was born June 22, 1922 in Walker Missouri to Earnest Vaughan and Florence McGee. He was active in the United States Air Corp from 1942-1946.

Ernest is survived by his loving wife Lena I. Vaughan of the home, 2 daughters, Rita L. Slocum, and Sharon M. McVey, 6 grandchildren, 6 great grandchildren, and 1 great great-grandchild.

A visitation has been scheduled for Monday, February 27, 2012 from 6:00 - 8:00 pm at the Amos Family Chapel of Shawnee.
