Evelyn D. Treffry

Evelyn went to be with her Lord and Savior, Jesus, in Naples, Florida, on Thursday, November 10, 2011. She was the eldest daughter of Lionel and Della Kindred, born in Kansas City, Missouri, on July 14, 1916.

Preceding Evelyn in death were her parents, husband, Harold, brother Everett and sister Violet. Survivors include children, Stephanie Purdy, Dennis Treffry, step-children, Barbara McConnell, Pat Thompson, Cindy Mannig.

Evelyn was a long time Red Cross volunteer at Saint Luke's Hospital on the Plaza. She will be missed by all who loved her wonderful smile and caring nature.

Graveside services will be held at 10:00 a.m. Friday, November 18, 2011, at Memorial Park Cemetery, Hillcrest Road, Kansas City, Missouri.
