Florence Cabell Green

Florence Cabell Green, 65, of Charleston died December 28th, 2013 at her home in Kansas City, Kansas.

She was the daughter of the late Martha C. Miller and Hewitt L. Cabell of Charleston, West Virginia. She is survived by her brothers Andrew Cabell of Fremont, California, Hewitt Cabell of Charleston, West Virginia, and Jamie Cabell of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, as well as her sister Mimi Cabell of Altamonte Springs, Florida; by her children Juliet C. Green of Lawrence, Kansas and Sarah G. Hadley of Shawnee, Kansas; and by her grandchildren Theodore Hadley and Emma Hadley.

She was a graduate of George Washington High School, Charleston, West Virginia and attended West Virginia University.

She was co-owner of the Greenhouse Restaurant in Opelika, Alabama and subsequently served as the restaurant manager and the catering manager for restaurants in Embassy Suites Hotels in Atlanta, Georgia.

Her family will gather together in Kansas City to celebrate her life.
