Forrest A. Macaulay "Miracle Man", 69, passed away on December 21, 2014. He was born August 17, 1945 in Denver Colorado to Donald and Margaret Macaulay. Forrest is survived by his wife Jo Ann, daughter, Jennifer (Thomas Wilson) Garcia, son, Mark (Terri) Macaulay, grandchildren; Brittany (John Jr.) Beach, Katy (Edgar) Hernandez, Jami (Colby) Benham, Joshua (Courtney) Garcia, five great-grandchildren and three more great-grandchildren to come, sister, Sharon Meyers. Forrest was preceded in death by his parents, brother Dick and Jerry Macaulay, step son, Jack Marley, grandson, Andrew Garcia.

Services

A Visitation has been scheduled from 6:00 - 8:00 PM, Friday, December 26, 2014 at the Amos Family Funeral Home, 10901 Johnson Drive, Shawnee, Kansas 66203 with a Funeral Service immediately following at 8:00 PM also at the Funeral Home.
