Frances Conners

Frances Louise Conners, 69, Roeland Park, Kansas, passed away Wednesday, January 23, 2013, at the Overland Park Regional Medical Center, Overland Park, Kansas.

Fran was born September 18, 1943, in Wichita, Kansas, to Frank and Louise Shaffer. She was a graduate of Bishop Miege High School. On September 10, 1960, Fran married Gerald Conners in Lexington, Missouri. She was employed with Scoular Company for 25 years and was very active member of St. Agnes Catholic Church. Fran was very dedicated to her family.

She is survived by her husband, Jerry Conners; daughter, Donna Gray and husband, Phil, Kansas City, Kansas; two grandchildren, Christopher, Austin, Texas, and Marysa Souza, Lawrence, Kansas; sister, Mary Bray, Sunrise Beach, Missouri; brother, John Shaffer, Overland Park, Kansas; and numerous nephews, nieces and cousins.

Visitation will be from 5:00-7:00 p.m., Sunday, January 27, 2013, at Amos Family Funeral Home where a Rosary recitation will be at 7:00 p.m. Mass of Christian Burial will be 1:30 p.m., Monday, January 28, 2013, at St. Agnes Catholic Church; burial in Resurrection Cemetery.
