Frank E. Terry, 96, Mission, Kansas, passed away Friday, October 25, 2013, at the St. Luke's Hospice House, Kansas City, Missouri.

Frank was born September 16, 1917, in Van Wert, Ohio. He graduated Loyola University in Baltimore, Maryland, with a BS degree and received his MBA from UMKC. Frank served in the Army Air Corp during WWII. He had a 30 year career with the Federal Government, retiring in 1974. He was a 50 year Mason, having served as Grand Master of the Pierre, South Dakota Lodge. Frank was a past city councilman in Merriam, Kansas, and was longtime member of St. Mark's United Methodist Church.

Frank was preceded in death by his wife, Isabel and son, James. Survivors include his two sons, Chuck (Lynn) Terry, Prairie Village and Richard Terry, Overland Park, Kansas; daughter, Judy (Roger) Strand, Englewood, Colorado; seven grandchildren and nine great grandchildren.

Memorial Service and Graveside Service

Memorial service will be 4:00 pm Friday, November 1, 2013, at the St. Mark's United Methodist Church, Overland Park, Kansas; inurnment with Military Honors will be 11:00 a.m., Friday at the Fort Scott National Cemetery, Ft. Scott, Kansas.
