George W. Cooke, 82, of Fairway, KS passed away May 11, 2010. George was born Dec. 8, 1927, in St. Joseph, MO, to Harry & Florence (Waddell) Cooke. He worked for many years in the food management business in the Kansas City area. George was preceded in death by his parents, and a sister Marian Bailey. He is survived by his wife Lois Cooke of the home and by a brother David Cooke.
Visitation and Memorial Services
A visitation will be held Monday, May 17, 2010, from 1 to 2 p.m. at the Cross Points Church, 6824 Lackman Rd, Shawnee Mission, KS 66217. A memorial service will follow.
