Jerry E. Smith, 65, of Overland Park, formerly of Lenexa, Kansas passed away on December 6, 2016. Jerry was born December 24, 1950 in Kansas City, Missouri to Raymond D. and Mary Jo Smith. Jerry is survived by his siblings, Linda (Robert) Stockdell, Daniel and Larry (Donna) Smith, nephew, Brian (Jenn) Stockdell. Jerry was preceded in death by his parents.

Service

A Visitation is set for 6:00 ~ 8:00 PM, Monday, December 12, 2016 at The Amos Family Funeral Home 10901 Johnson Drive Shawnee, Kansas 66203. Funeral Service is set for 10:00 AM, Tuesday, December 13, 2016 also at the funeral home. Burial will take place at Lenexa Cemetery in Lenexa, Kansas.
