Geraldine “Gerry” Johnson

Geraldine "Gerry" Johnson, 78, of Shawnee, KS, passed away on August 2, 2016. She was born on February 7, 1938, in Gassville, AR. to Thomas and Mary Studdard. Gerry was preceded in death by her husband, Louie Johnson, siblings, Austin Studdard, Gilbert Rogers, Anna Mae Kirkland, Irene Cook, Eunice Smith, and grandson, Damion Freeman. She is survived by daughter, Gwen Freeman, raised as a daughter, Unique Johnson-Sanchez (Terry), granddaughter, Amber Freeman, great grandchildren, Valyrie and Dean Freeman, brother, Tommy (Tonya) Studdard, sisters, Liz (Dale) Jennings, Dolly Patton, sister in law, Bonnie Studdard, along with numerous nieces and nephews.

Visitation is Friday, August 5, from 1:00-2:00 p.m. at Amos Family Funeral Home with a funeral service to immediately follow. Burial at Holy Angels Cemetery in Basehor, KS.
