Geraldine Lee Smith

Geraldine Lee Smith, 70, Shawnee, Kansas, passed away Monday, December 15 at the Shawnee Mission Medical Center, Merriam, Kansas.

Geraldine was born August 27, 1938 in Kansas City, Kansas to Robert E. and Estelle (Krem) DeBrine. She enjoyed country western dancing. Geraldine was preceded in death by her parents. Survivors include her daughter, Darlene Smith, Shawnee, Kansas; son, David Smith, Kansas City, Missouri and two grandchildren, Summer Smith and Saylor Smith, both of Kansas City, Missouri. She was the best grandma ever and she was always there and she always was thoughtful and I love her so much and nobody could beat her.

Memorial contributions may be made to the family.

Visitation

Visitation will be 6-8 p.m. Thursday, December 18 at the Amos Family Chapel of Shawnee. Cremation will follow.
