Harold Wayne Palmer, 83, of Overland Park, KS formerly of Shawnee passed away on August 31, 2016. Harold was born July 11, 1933 in Emporia, KS to Edward and Hazel Palmer. Harold started the Manufacturer's Representative Organization in 1964 and later started Palmer Marketing. Harold is survived by his wife of 63 years Fern, two children, Kim Glover and Kirk (Erin) Palmer, sisters, Ruth McKenzie and Betty Dobbe, brother, Lester Palmer and seven grandchildren. Harold was preceded in death by his parents, brother, Edward and son-in-law, Jim Glover.

Services

A Visitation is set for 12:00 ~ 1:00 PM, Tuesday, September 6, 2016 at Amos Family Funeral Home 10901 Johnson Drive Shawnee, Kansas 66203 with a Funeral Service immediately following at 1:00 PM also at the funeral home. Burial will take place at Shawnee Mission Memory Gardens in Shawnee, KS.
