Hilda Mccall

Hilda McCall, 81, Shawnee, Kansas, passed away Saturday, October 9, 2010, at the Kansas City Hospice House, Kansas City, Missouri.

Hilda was born August 4, 1929 in Salzburg, Austria, to Karl and Maria (Spornberger) Absmann. She was preceded in death by her husband, James R. McCall on February 13, 2004.

Survivors include her two daughters, Gertrude Miller and husband, David, Garnett, Kansas and Etta Maria Collins and her husband Patrick, Norwalk, Connecticut; son, James O. McCall and wife, Suan, Wichita, Kansas; sister, Maria Brandt, Munich, Germany; four brothers, Joseph, Johan, Helmuth and Walter Absmann all of Salzburg, Austria; seven grandchildren; eight great grandchildren.

Memorial contributions may be made to the Kansas City Hospice House, 12000 Wornall, Kansas City, Missouri 64145.

Visitation and Graveside Service

Graveside service will be 1:00 pm, Wednesday, October 13, 2010, at the Oak Lawn Memorial Gardens. Friends may call from 11:00-12:30 on Wednesday at the Amos Family Chapel of Shawnee.
