Idamae H. Gillmore

Idamae H. Gillmore, 93, died May 23rd, 2021 at Advent Shawnee Mission Hospital.

A visitation will take place Friday, May 28th from 6-8 pm at Amos Family Funeral Home. Funeral services will be 10 AM, Saturday, May 29th at Amos Family Funeral Home with burial at 1:30 pm at Riley Cemetery, Riley, KS.

Idamae was born in Manhattan, KS on April 19th, 1928. She was a wife to Robert for 50 years. She was a secretary for a wallpaper company and a member of BNR Square Dance Club. She loved to travel, sew, camp and attend any and all family activities. If you mention going somewhere she was the first one ready.

Idamae is survived by daughter, Leann Chapman, son, Brad Gillmore, daughter-in-law, Yun Hsiang Ying (Jenny), sister, Myrna Kennedy, grandsons, Jason Chapman and John Ying, along with many nieces and nephews and a host of friends.
