Jack Rockufeler, 80, of Overland Park, KS passed away Thursday, May 31, 2018 at his home.

Jack was born September 19, 1937 to the late John and Elna Mae Rockufeler in Rinard, IA.  He graduated from Charles City, IA High School in 1955 and went on to attend Radio Broadcasting School.  Jack started a long career as a Top 40 Disc Jockey that took him all over the Midwest including Iowa, North Dakota, Minnesota, Missouri and Kansas.  Jack was a former member of the Moberly, MO Lions Club.  On February 4, 1961 Jack married JoAnn St. Peter.

Jack was preceded in death by parents and two sisters.  He is survived by his wife, JoAnn Rockufeler; a son, John Rockufeler and wife Melody; two granddaughters, JoAnna and Julia Rockufeler.

Celebration of Life Services

A celebration of Jack's life will be 4 pm Thursday, June 7, 2018 at the Amos Family Funeral Home in Shawnee.
