Jacqueline "Jackie" Louise Hester, 90, of Shawnee, KS passed away on August 20, 2016. Jackie was born July 24, 1926 in Springfield, Missouri to W.G and Cleo Patterson. She was a graduate of Westport High School and attended Pepperdine University. After raising her children she worked as a supervisor for SRS. Jackie always enjoyed a good laugh. Jackie is survived by her daughters; Elaine (Nolan Young) Hester, Michele (Jake Otto) Hester, and Penny (Joe) Hester Ingram, three grandchildren; Erin Hester Walsh, Hillary Waddell, and Brendan Young, two great-grandchildren; Sebastian and Madeline Walsh. Jackie was preceded in death by her husband, Robert in 2005. The family would like to send a special thanks to Good Samaritan Nursing Center in Olathe for their wonderful care and support.

A Graveside Service is set for 2:30 PM, Friday, August 26, 2016 at Johnson County Memorial Gardens 11200 Metcalf Ave. Overland Park, Kansas 66210.
