James M. Scott, 70, passed away March 20, 2015 at Shawnee Mission Medical Center. James was born on May 21, 1944 in Iola, Kansas to Jim and Joan Scott. He is survived by his daughters; Bridgett (Ben) Harder, Natalie (Michael) Scott, Twin brother Thomas Scott, sisters; Janice (Phillip) Montgomery, Peggy (John) Benskin, three grandchildren; Sloan Gordon, Wyatt and Avery Harder. James was preceded in death by his parents and wife Pam in 2000. Jim was a lover of all things family especially his two daughters and three grandchildren, golf, summers at Mill Lake, poolside BBQ's, and Van Morrison.

Services

A Visitation is set for 9:00 - 11:00 AM, Thursday March 26, 2015 at The Amos Family Funeral Home 10901 Johnson Drive Shawnee, Kansas 66203 with a Funeral Service immediately following at 11:00 AM. Burial will take place at Resurrection Catholic Cemetery.
