Jeanne H. White

Jeanne H. White, 88, Overland Park, Kansas, formerly of Merriam Kansas passed away Thursday, July 9, 2009 at her home surrounded by her loving son and daughter-in-law.

Jeanne was the past president of the Kansas City section of the Mercedes Benz Club of America. Her passion was her Mercedes. Jeanne has been a member of the Countryside Christian Church since 1947. Her loving presence will be truly missed by all who knew her.

Jeanne White was preceded in death by her husbands Carroll White and Gerold Canada; sons, Robert Carroll White, and William David White; and daughter Carolyn J. White. Jeanne is survived by two sons Russell R. White, spouse Frances of Merriam, Kansas, and Kenneth A. White of Independence, Missouri; a loving niece Karen Vivian of Warrenville, Illinois; three granddaughters, and five great grandchildren.

Contributions in memory of Jeanne may be made to Kansas City Hospice or Boy Scouts of America.

Visitation and Memorial Service

A memorial service has been scheduled for 7:00 p.m., July 13, 2009 at the Amos Family Chapel of Shawnee. Visitation will be 1 hour prior to the memorial service and 1 hour following the service.
