Jessica Teixeira, 21, of Ft. Riley, Kansas passed away November 6, 2020 surrounded by her family. Jessica was born in Merriam, Kansas on December 1, 1998 to Tracey and Jimmie Phillips. Jessica leaves behind her loving husband Brad, their newborn baby boy Colt Jameson Teixeira and their puppies Ellie and Oakley. She also leaves behind her parents, brother Jonathan and sister Lillian, grandparents Jack and Julie Haupt, Jim and Toni Phillips, and William Frame; great grandparents William and Mearl Frame, and Candace Phillips.
Jessica was born to military parents and traveled frequently. She went to school in Ft. Sill, OK, Ft. Hood, TX and graduated from Prince George High School in Virginia. She was active in theater and choir; she was also Cheer Captain and Prom Queen. Jessica could light up the room with her beautiful smile and was loved by everyone that met her. She was kind, loving, and had a selfless heart. She was a wonderful daughter, an amazing sister, loving wife and will always be an amazing and wonderful mother.
A Celebration of Life will be held at 1 p.m. Saturday, November 14, 2020 at Faith Chapel Assembly of God, 15000 Newton Dr. Overland Park, KS 66223.
Jessica's family requests any flowers be delivered to the church.
Memorial contributions may be made to the National Autism Association.
